1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the QueueLess India application or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Virtual Queuing & Fair Use
QueueLess India provides virtual queuing spots (tokens) to customers and lobby management dashboards to businesses.
- Position Guarantee: Joining a virtual queue estimates your wait time but does not absolute-guarantee a precise second of service, as actual times depend on local business service speeds.
- Missed Turns: If a business calls your token and you are absent from the premises (no-show), the business reserve the right to skip or cancel your spot.
- Abuse Policy: Users who join multiple queues simultaneously and consistently no-show may face automated temporary restrictions on their account.
3. Account & Communications
You must provide accurate authentication data (phone number and name). By registering, you agree to receive real-time, pulsing system called notifications, SMS turn alerts, and transaction receipts associated with your queues.
4. Business Star Ratings & Feedback
Our platform allows customers to rate businesses (1-5 stars) and write comments. You agree that all reviews submitted are truthful, fair, and free of profane, offensive, or defamatory language. We reserve the right to remove any ratings that violate these guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
QueueLess India is a virtual facilitator. We are not liable for the actual operations, delays, disputes, or quality of service provided by physical merchants, clinics, salons, or diagnostic labs associated with the platform.
